SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
Debbie Zienty brings to The Crossings many years of administrative marketing support experience. Her creative marketing strategies proved fruitful for her family-owned restaurant, which she and her husband operated as a town favorite from 1986 to 2001, until the family made a decision to move to Texas.
Moving to Seabrook in 2002, Debbie loves to boast to fellow Texans that we “got here as fast as we could.” Having lived in the Chicago area for 40 years, her family of six decided it was time to say goodbye to long winters and short, short summers.
As Senior Living Counselor, Debbie enjoys showing off all the wonderful amenities and attributes of The Crossings. She is great at capturing all of the good things going on at The Crossings and sharing it on social media so that all can see that The Crossings is a community where one can live extremely well.
Debbie also loves being around all the unique, generous and talented ladies and gentlemen who live at The Crossings.
Director of Nursing
Natalie joined The Crossings team in 2017 and was immediately recognized as a strong leader and clinician. She was promoted from floor nurse to weekend supervisor but it wasn't long before her talents were put to work as the Assisted Director of Nursing. Natalie's enthusiasm and professionalism shines through which is why she was named Director of Nursing in 2020. Since that time, Natalie has lead the team to maintain a 5-Star rating for quality care as well as adopt the Eden Alternative culture to put the elder at the center of decision making and create an environment where the elder is able to continue to grow, despite age.
Senior Living Counselor
Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Houston. She came to The Crossings in 2019 as a Concierge and joined our marketing team in 2020 as a Senior Living Counselor. Jennifer has been serving seniors for over 10 years, and is excited to share with everyone how much she loves being a part of our community. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as watch movies, read books and go on walks with her husband Aaron and her children.
Director of Physical Plant
Jeff Avenmarg came to Methodist Retirement Communities in 2015 when he was hired as the Director of Physical Plant for the new Crossings campus. His background is engineering, manufacturing and business. As the campus was driven to completion he hired staff, worked with the final build crews and set up policies and procedures for the campus. His focus well represents the ICARE values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability and Excellence.

Delondria has a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors in Applied Arts and Science with a focus on Leadership and Management from Texas A&M Texarkana. Delondria’s compassion and love for senior elders has encouraged her to continue her studies and focus on becoming a Healthcare Administrator. Delondria wants to make a difference in the quality of care that is given to all elders and change the way that our elder population is cared for with effective changes of implementing the Eden Alternative culture in memory support and assisted living settings. Delondria enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, listening to music, and anything that involves water.
